To ensure all dogs are safe, we clean all our equipment and shoes between each yard with a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate pictures when we are done cleaning so you know your pets won’t get out of the yard.

  • Scoop Hound has pooper scooper service plans starting as low as $90per month. However, pricing is based on the size of the Property, service frequency, and number of dogs. Most of our clients end up paying between $100 and $110 per month.

Paying upfront allows us to provide a reliable, consistent service without the need for payments after every visit, so you can enjoy a clean yard with one less thing to worry about.

For One-Off cleans, we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can or neatly on the side of their house.

  • Yes, we love cleaning with dogs! We simply ask that if your dog has shown signs of aggression, you leave them inside during your cleaning. Ensuring the safety of our team is a top priority. If your dog is aggressive towards our team, you will be asked to put them inside or be completely removed from our route.

  • We provide service in most weather conditions including light rain and snow. In cases of severe weather, we'll contact you to reschedule your service for the next available day.

  • No, you don't need to be home. Many of our clients provide gate codes or backyard access instructions. We'll send you a confirmation when your service is completed.

  • Yes, you can pause your service when you're away. We just ask for at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled service day. If it is after your Pre-Billed date we will refund the amount that is owning after any visits that have been completed.
